Welcome to the web site of Clarkston Amateur Athletic Club. Formed in 1965 and still going strong we offer young people in the East Renfrewshire and south Glasgow areas the opportunity to develop their football skills in a positive and welcoming environment. We are a not for profit organization run solely by volunteers. Each team is staffed by dedicated adults who have been S.C.R.O. checked and have basic SFA certification. Each team has a qualified First Aider.
Clarkston.A.A.C are currently one of the few 'boys' clubs who have a robust Insurance package which allows all of our sections to divert to other activities such as hiking,athletics,golf and other sports outwith the remit of the SYFA.We have also utilised the knowledge base of our volunteer pool to develope our own Child Protection policy: even before it became compulsory for all childrens clubs to have such a policy.
